Guacamole

Happy National Guacamole Day! Celebrate with this Homemade Guacamole. So simple ...so tasty! Thank you Love Bakes Good Cakes 


3 avocados - peeled, pitted and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp. salt
½ cup diced onion
3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp. ground cumin


  • Mash the avocados, lime juice and salt in a medium bowl. 
  • Mix in the onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic. 
  • Stir in the cumin. 
  • Serve immediately.

Eggnog Dip

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. eggnog
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2  tsp. rum extract
  • Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer on medium-high speed for 1 minute. 
  • Serve....simple

Creamy Strawberry Dip

Creamy Strawberry Dip is perfect for dipping cookies, graham crackers, chocolate, or fresh strawberries! Deliciously sweet. Thank you Lemon Tree Dwelling
 
Creamy Strawberry Dip 6b 
 
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
¾ c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. Hershey’s strawberry syrup
½ tsp. vanilla extract
dried strawberries for garnish (optional)
cookies, pretzels, graham crackers, or fresh fruit for dipping

  • Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, strawberry syrup, and vanilla extract 
  • Mix on high speed for 1 min.
  • Spoon into serving bowl; garnish with dried strawberries (optional).
  • Serve with your choice of dippers.

Pistachio Pineapple Dip

A deliciously sweet, creamy dip made with just 5 ingredients and perfect for dipping cookies or fruit. Thank you Lemon Tree Dwelling

Pistachio Pineapple Dip 1 

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
½ c. Greek vanilla yogurt
1 (3 oz.) package pistachio pudding
¼ c. toasted coconut, plus more to sprinkle on top
  • Combine cream cheese, crushed pineapple, yogurt, and pistachio pudding. 
  • Mix in medium mixing bowl and blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Stir in ¼ c. toasted coconut.
  • Spoon into serving bowl; top with additional toasted coconut.
  • Serve with fruit, crackers, or cookies.

Creamy Lemon Dip

Creamy Lemon Dip 4 

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ c. plain Greek yogurt
½ c. lemon curd
1 tsp. vanilla extract
zest of 1 lemon


  • Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl 
  • Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve with fresh fruit. Simple!

Crab Rangoon Dip

Incredibly easy to make. Thank you My Biscuits are Burning



8 oz. imitation crab, finely chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Combine all the ingredients and mix well. 
  • Spoon into a 1 quart baking dish or small pie plate. 
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Three Cheese Bacon Dip

Incredibly tasty, easy to make and ideal for any party. Thank you Real Housemums


16 oz low fat cottage cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, 6 for the dip and 2 for the toppng
3 green onions, slices, 2 for the dip. 1 for the topping
tortilla chips for dipping


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  • Set aside 2 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon and 1 sliced green onion to use as topping after the dip is baked
  • In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients
  • Spoon into a 1 or 1½ qt glass baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes
  • Top with the reserved bacon and green onions and let sit 10 minutes before serving
  • Serve with tortilla chips

Loaded Baked Potato Dip

A quick and simple dip to throw together. Thank you Lemon Sugar


Loaded Baked Potato Dip by Lemon Sugar

16 ounces sour cream
8 ounce block of sharp cheddar, grated (about 2 cups grated)
6-8 slices cooked, crisp bacon, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1 bunch chives, minced (about 1/3 cup)
6-8 dashes hot sauce (or to taste)
dash salt
coarse-ground pepper, to taste
Potato Chips or Waffle Fries for serving

  • Prepare bacon, cool slightly, then chop into 1/4-inch pieces. Set aside.
  • Grate cheese, chop green onion and chives, and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, bacon, cheese and chopped greens. Reserve some of each for garnish.
  • Add salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
  • Garnish with remaining items.
  • For best results and flavor, cover and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
  • Serve with potato chips or warm waffle fries.

Copycat Taco Bell Quesadilla Sauce Recipe

1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp mayo (not Miracle Whip)
1 tbsp chopped jalapenos, fresh or canned
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/16th tsp cayenne powder
1/4 tsp salt

  • In a medium bowl, blend together all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Allow the sauce to chill in the fridge for at least an hour, to let the flavours develop.

Nutella Cheesecake Dip

1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup Nutella


  • In a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. 
  • In a separate mixing bowl, whip cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, about 1 minute. 
  • Add nutella and blend until well combined. 
  • Add half of the whipped cream and gently fold mixture until nearly blended
  • Add remaining whipped cream and gently fold mixture until well blended. 
  • Serve with strawberries or graham crackers. 
  • Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.

Hot Bacon Cheddar Dip

Hot Bacon Cheddar Dip

16 oz sour cream
10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
5 green onions slivered
1-2 dashes hot sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Combine all ingredients. Place into a (2 quart) casserole dish or pan.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes or until hot & bubbly.
  • Serve warm with crackers or vegetable sticks.

Toffee Apple Dip

1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese, softened
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup powdered sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¾ cup English Toffee Bits (such as Skor or Heath)
3 medium tart apples, cored and sliced (such as Granny Smith)


  • In a small mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, vanilla, and sugars on medium speed until smooth. 
  • Fold in toffee bits.
  • Cover and chill for approximately 2 hours prior to serving. 
  • Serve with sliced apples or fruit. 
  • Store in an airtight container up to five days.

Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

1 10oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well 
   or 10 ounces fresh spinach, chopped
1 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoons sour cream
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, or more to taste
dash of cayenne pepper, or more to taste

  • Preheat oven to 400 degress. 
  • In a medium bowl, warm cream cheese in microwave for about a minute to soften. 
  • Add spinach, artichokes, sour cream, mayonnaise, and parmesan. 
  • Mix all together and add garlic salt and cayenne to taste. 
  • Place in an oven safe dish and bake in the oven at for about 20 minutes or until the top is toasty. If you're using fresh spinach bake for 20 minutes, stir, and bake for an additional 10 minutes if needed.
  • Serve with bread, chips or veggies.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip

Reese's PB Cookie Dough Dip: a creamy cookie dough dip (no egg) that is perfect for your next party! #Reese's #peanutbutter #gameday @shugarysweets

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips
8oz pkg Reese's peanut butter cup Minis (or about 1 1/2 cup chopped Reeses cups)

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, add brown sugar and butter. 
  • Whisk until completely combined and butter is melted. 
  • Bring to a boil, remove from heat. 
  • Whisk in the peanut butter and vanilla extract. Set aside to cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until creamy
  • Add in brown sugar mixture (that has cooled to near room temp). 
  • Mix until combined. 
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips and mini Reese's cups. 
  • Serve immediately or store in refrigerator until ready to serve. 
  • Enjoy with pretzels, animal cracker and graham sticks.

Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 package (8 ounces) Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/3 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce (add more to taste)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
8 ounces shredded, cooked chicken breast (about 2 ½ cups)
½ cup sliced scallions plus extra for garnish
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese or crumbled reduced fat blue cheese


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 
  • Mix the softened cheese and yogurt together in a large bowl until smooth.  
  • Stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken, scallions and pepper.
  • Pour the dip into a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.  
  • If desired, you can top the dish with cheese.  If using shredded cheese, sprinkle the cheese on top before baking.  If using crumbled blue cheese, sprinkle the blue cheese on top as soon as you remove the dip from the oven.  
  • Garnish with sliced scallions.  
  • Serve with baked pita chips or celery and carrot sticks.

Warmed Cheesy Onion Dip

Simple to make. Serve with tortilla chips. Thank you Frugal in Florida


1 cup of mayo
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, room temp and cut into cubes for easier mashing
1 sweet onion, diced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
generous sprinkling of black pepper
generous sprinkling of dried parsley

  • Pre heat oven to 350
  • Spray a shallow baking dish with nonstick spray
  • Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. 
  • Really mash the cream cheese as it will want to stay chunky.
  • Cook 45 minutes til nice, bubbly and brown.
