Chocolate Mint Cake Mix Cookies

Always a Christmas cookie plate hit! Thank you The Cards We Drew

1 box of chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/4 cup of butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup Andes Mint Chips

• Mix all ingredients together (dough will be VERY thick).
• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• Scoop dough into rounded tablespoons 
• Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes.
