2-3 Kiwi fruits, peeled and chopped
1 to 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, chopped
1 cup Applesauce
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
Honey or Brown sugar, about 2 Tablespoons or to taste- Place all the ingredients in a blender and process till smooth.
- Pour into glasses or jars and serve immediately.
Note:
Fresh strawberries are usually sweet enough so may not need the honey or brown sugar sweetener
