Cinnamon Pork Chops

4-6 pork chops
1/4 cup vinegar
1 onions chopped
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup ketchup

  • Place pork chops in a roasting pan and bake for 1 hour at 350.
  • Drain off fat.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, and pour over the pork chops.
  • Place back in the oven for one more hour.
  • Serve with rice or potato, and your choice of vegetables.
