2 Tbsp Olive Oil
500g Mushrooms, sliced
4 tsp Fresh Garlic, crushed
1 tsp Fresh Basil, finely chopped
1 tsp Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped
1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Heat the Olive Oil in a large pan
- Saute the Mushrooms and Garlic for 2 - 3 minutes
- Add the Basil, Rosemary and Parsley
- Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated and the Mushrooms are soft and golden.
- Drizzle with the Balsamic Vinegar and stir-fry another 2 minutes
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with extra Parsley sprinkled over.
